Pay for Support

Initial Support Hours

In order to access to the support ticket system if your office is not part of our "Preventive Tech Support and Maintenance Plan" you will need to purchase the initial prepaid "Support Ticket" bellow at $220.00

This will include the first two hours of support onsite to cover any of the issues related to IT support. Extra hours can be purchased after the comsumption of the initial two hours at $75.00 an hour.

If your initial support time expired and you wish to purchase more support time for On-Site services, please use the option bellow:


The "Prepaid Support" is based on a pre-purchased block of hours dependent upon your requirements. This provides you with the option of opening a support ticket and dispatching a tech to your office when available.

The billing structure is as follows:

  • Minimum 2 hour including travel time charged for on-site calls.
  • Service Hours after the initial two hours are billed in 60-minute increments.
  • Remote Access work is billed in 30 minute increments.
  • Call outs outside of normal operating hour will be billed out at double time. 
  • I.e. 1 hour onsite = 2 hours billed.*
  • Payment in full must be received before Service Packs are active.
